This write-up describes a useful practice, part of a recommended slate of routine tasks to keep SAMS working smoothly. Also, if you report an issue with SAMS, AGD.Support will request you (or the user) perform this task as part of basic troubleshooting.
If you have trouble accessing SAMS, your Support representative may ask you to Refresh Silverlight. While it is easiest to do this within SAMS, the technique described here is equivalent to Refresh Application Resources.
Sometimes, while troubleshooting a technical issue, AGD Support staff will ask you what browser version and Operating System (OS) is installed on the User’s computer.
